Why my Identity Verification got declined?
Identity verification is handled by a Third Party Processor, and they decide if your infos are good or not and they give us a response.

I can't find an event during the listing creation, What I can do?
We update the events on our website on a daily basis, if you can't find an event Contact Us via Email or Discord and we'll add the event on our site!
Why can’t I see my listing on the Marketplace even though it says “online”?
This usually happens because your listing is not competitive enough compared to other listings in the same category.
Some Marketplaces, in order to improve the Customer Experience, may hide or reduce the visibility of certain listings. Their goal is to show customers the most relevant and attractive offers, which can help increase conversion rates.
We know this can penalize many sellers, but this is how marketplace algorithms work, so we need to adapt to it.
To improve your listing visibility, you should change your pricing strategy!
Why some of my listing under the Marketplace have not available?
Some Marketplace doesn't have that event on their site for this it show not available.
Remember:
Seatgeek only allow US events
All other Marketplaces allow majority of US/EU events
How are fees calculated?
WeList charge a flat 10% Fee from the listing price. Example:
You list for 100$ --> You'll get 90$
Additional fee can be added depending by the payout method saved into the account. For all Payout fees, see Payouts Fees.
Can I edit a listing after it is live?
Yes. You can edit a listing by clicking the 3 Dots on the right and click the Edit Button.
If you only need to edit the listing price, you can use the Fast Price Editing.
What happens when inventory sells?
When inventory sells, the broker receives an email notification with the sale details and delivery instructions.
If only part of the listed quantity is sold, WeList automatically updates the remaining stock across all supported Marketplaces.
When I receive my Payout?
Payout are processed every week following this Cut-Off
Each Payout Method will be processed in different days following this schedule
I double sold same tickets on WeList and another Marketplace, What can I do?
Better thing is to find replacement, Contact Us on Discord so we can assist you better and find a solution that can work for you and the buyer
Usually replacement with same Section and same Row or Better Row are good enough and don't require special attention from the WeList Team
But if you need to offer a different Section, Contact Us via Discord to avoid any future penalties!
What happen if I don't fullfill a sale?
Marketplace have strict rules regarding the sale fullfilling.
Every Marketplace charge a different penalty % based on the sale price that can be deducted by your future payout if you have already sales with us or will be directly charged to the Payment Method saved into your We-List account.
